Description

This is a temporary teaching assignment to provide mathematics intervention for the remainder of the 2023-24 school year. There are 13 positions available (1 per elementary school).

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

Knowledgeable, skilled, and experienced in math support with elementary school students.

EXPECTATIONS:

 

  • Provide daily math support, using Bridges intervention kits, to small groups of students based on recent formative and summative assessments, ie. Bridges and iReady. Must be implemented per program guidelines.
  • Monitor student progress and provide just in time support as needed for students engaging in personalized iReady instruction lessons.
  • Maintain documentation of student attendance and program progress.
  • Collaborate with teaching staff and provide progress monitoring updates bi weekly.
  • Attend monthly PLC sessions with the curriculum department.
  • Work schedule is Monday – Friday 5 school days / 7.25 hours per day
  • This is a temporary grant funded position

 

SALARY:     $135 per day / EDUstaff employee

Selection of an individual to fill this temporary position will be determined by the administrators based upon applicant experience, qualifications and professional attributes. This position is an EDUstaff employee position.
