TITLE:  SECRETARY TO SUPERVISOR OF STUDENT ENROLLMENT

2025-2026 Salary - $17.16 per hour, per RSPA Master Agreement for Classification II

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS:            

  1. High School Diploma with excellent command of the English language.
  2. General office experience and experience working in a Customer Relations field required.
  3. Experience working comfortably in advanced levels of Microsoft Office© applications required.
  4. Proficiency in utilizing Google applications (e.g., Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail) is preferred.
  5. Experience working with a school district student records software application is preferred. As well as a proven aptitude to learn other software programs that may be used in this position.
  6. Ability to maintain a positive, professional attitude when interacting with staff and families
  7. Ability to handle a multitude of responsibilities with frequent interruptions and minimal supervision.
  8. Ability to demonstrate discretion in working with confidential data.
  9. Regular, reliable and punctual attendance required.
  10. Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable.

REPORTS TO:  Supervisor of Student Enrollment

 

JOB GOAL:  To serve as secretary to the Supervisor of Student Enrollment, inclusive of responding positively and efficiently to parent and community inquiries, as well as supporting district administrators or outside organizations with data requests. 

 

PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:  The performance responsibilities listed below represent an overview of the responsibilities for this position.

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:

  1. 12 Month Position
  2. 8 hours per day
  3. Salary and benefits as per RSPA Master Agreement for Classification II Clerical Positions.

 

WORKING CONDITIONS:

  1. An employee working in this assignment will be required to sit for long periods of time and work on a desktop computer.
  2. Data entry and record search is a large part of the duties of this position and repetitive hand motion will be required.

 

REQUIRED POSITION TESTS: 

Microsoft Office Current District Version: Intermediate Word and Excel, and PowerPoint; and Office Basic Outlook; OPAC Clerical Skills Assessments in: Bank Deposits/Petty Cash; Customer Service Phone Skills; Numeric/Alpha/Record Locator Tests, Sentence Clarity, and Spelling.  Encounter Software: Interpersonal/Teamwork Assessment
